Vin Diesel sent moviegoers into a frenzy when he released the first image of the “Fast and Furious 8” next. The 48-year-old actor took to Instagram on Friday January 15 to share the image showing the view of the city of New York. The image taken with bird’s eye view showed the skyscrapers of New York, including the iconic Empire State Building. While diesel wrote no caption for the picture, a slogan that read, the image appears “New roads ahead.” Table Diesel confirmed what Jimmy Fallon said as she stopped by “The Tonight Show Starring Jimmy Fallon” earlier this year that parts of the film would be set in New York. While many fans were excited about the launch of the image, some Instagram users asked the handsome actor to stop the creation of the new “Fast and Furious” after the death of Paul Walker movie. carson_monboIs user wrote, “it Is fast and furious 8 can not do one without Paul Walker.” Another user @ mmilstead4 added: “I think I should yall [EXIT] making these now that Paul Walker is dead.” In “Furious 8”, Diesel returns as the main actor. He will be joined by Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, Ludacris and Tyrese Gibson, with Kurt Russell and Jason Statham expected to return. F. Gary Gray to direct the film racing cars. The sequel to “Furious 8” will hit US theaters on April 14, 2017.
